Being It All - doing NoThing
The Quiet Intelligence of the Whole
When words, pictures and space merge - the Quiet Intelligence of the Whole Emerges
This isn’t about what you see, and yet it is. The bird, the waterfall, the trees, the words — each is part of the same movement. Look with both eyes, softly. Read the words. See the image. Take it all in. What arises between it all is not separate; it’s the whole in motion.
This is the quiet intelligence of the Dao — the same flow Dan Siegel calls Whole-Mind awareness, where the parts integrate naturally into presence. No edges. No effort. Just coherence appearing by itself.
In this space we move from ‘Me’ to ‘MWe’…..
In Siegel’s work, the mind is seen as a self-organizing process of energy and information.
It’s not confined to the skull — it’s relational, embodied, and ever-changing. When energy and information flow freely between brain, body, and environment, harmony arises. When they become rigid or chaotic, we lose balance.
Awareness is what restores that balance — not through control, but through attunement and alignment.
To be aware, then, is not to stand outside the movement, but to participate in it consciously. The system organizes itself around presence. The more we soften into awareness, the more coherence unfolds — not as something we make, but as something we allow.
In closing - You don’t have to search for meaning or look between the lines.
Simply allow the seeing, the reading, the breathing - ALL to happen together.
This is the full experience of now.
Awake awareness. Aware awakeness. Just being.
